So we are more than half way through this summer and it has been a hot one. Please understand I LOVE a hot summer. I get to peel off the layers (accept in the office where the air conditioner is typically set to Antarctica), I get to do so many outdoor things like being at the pool, the beach, amusement parks, NYC and more. My fashion tends to change accordingly. I mean obviously I am not wearing pumps to the beach (I think that would be more annoying than anything...Where would the sand go???) but I do like to jazz up my summer fashion and play around with colors and fit.
I would love to say my favorite go to was a baggy or pleated short with a cute puff sleeve top or a great bandeau top but who am I fooling. I AM KNOCK KNEED. For those that are like "What is That?" At the end of the day my legs rub together (no matter how skinny I am). So there are some limitations to the things I wear particularly in the summer because things riding up in between your legs while simply walking is not only annoying but looks INSANE. Please pay attention if you are knock kneed and thought nobody noticed. THEY NOTICE...they just feel some kind of way for you BUT will not ever say "hey maybe you should try a different style of shorts". So I am not only going to say it but give some summer suggestions that will work no matter your size or knee affilitation.
Let's start with my summer go to... DRESSES:
How about the SHORTS... I actually will wear. They will need to be a certain length, either really short or just below the rubbing factor.:
If we are talking Fashion I must mention SHOES. For summer sandals are a must but that includes flats and heels. Of course for good measure you will need some fun sneakers for the walking outings.:
