How can I know what size to order?

Some of the sizing is based in a different country so the size guide will be a great help here

Also we often put the height of the model and the size she is wearing to give you a better idea of the fit

In addition we will make a suggestion if you ever need to go up or down a size based on American sizing

Do you ship Internationally?

At the moment we ship to the entire US & Canada

However, we would consider adding locations based on customer needs

Do you offer refunds?

We do offer exchanges or gift card on unworn or product based damaged merchandise

During the Holiday season we do offer full refunds on unworn merchandise within a specified time limit

How long do I have to use my Gift Card?

At the moment there is no expiration date

However, that may change. If you have a gift card for more than 90 days please email to confirm if it is still affective

How long before I receive my order?

Once an order is made the processing time is 1-3 days for normal shipping, 1-2 days for expedited shipping and the same day for overnight shipping on orders made before 12p noon.

We use USPS priority for all normal orders that typically ships in 1-3 days

UPSP Express/Overnight has an expected delivery of 1-2 days

Can I get notified if an item I want to buy is sold out but it get's restocked?

YES, simply go to the item, click the size & color you want. Then click "Notify Me When Available". Fill out the necessary info. You will receive an email alerty when the item becomes available again.
